I haven't taken a bar class in a couple of years but was finally able to try this one. I felt so welcomed by the instructor, Monica, the owner, Kristin, and others in the class. It's in a beautiful studio with lots of room and equipment. It was the barre 50 Basics which was helpful. I definitely felt the burn and the shakes! Hope to be back soon!
