    Yoga Flow

Very dynamic class, just what I am after. Wilfred's teaching style is fun, encouraging, and at the same time challenging. good variety of postures and some opportunity to try inversions and arm balances. Sweated a lot in this class and will definitely be back again.

    Strength & Flexibility

Teacher Su was very nice and helped to guide me as a first timer to yoga. I mostly stretched and worked my legs. The ending parts of the Yoga was not so easy for beginners so I rested then. Would definitely go again with Teacher Su

    Wheel Yoga

It was a class of 5 pax. Pace was comfortable for beginners like me. Instructor was patient and kind to help correct my form and encouraging to let us stretch to the limit we can do and comfortable with. Do note the class was taught in mandarin.

Encouraging and pushed me to go beyond in terms of what she believed I could handle. And she was right! I would have thought I couldn’t do some moves if she wasn’t there to help me. Was so inspired in her class and she made me believe more in myself!

    Hip & Spine Opening

It’s a great class and I enjoyed the session. Master Amit will start with stretching, spine articulation to warm up, hip opening poses such as lizard and lizard variation poses, crescent and slowly go into bridge, wheel poses, and at the same time he went around to attend to each student to correct their alignment. For more flexible students, he would adjust them to go deeper while for beginner students, he provided props and assistance. It is a great class and highly recommended!
