see all reviewsLilly did a great job talking me through a yoga flow and incorporating weights, without it feeling overwhelming. Many sculpt classes can move too quickly, and that was not the case here. The studio is also very nice, spacious and the owners were very welcoming!

The instructor was hands on in the right way, really respectful with her interactions. 10/10 definitely will be taking all my friends here with me. Really excited to take more classes in the future. Very thankful for this experience, really was a no judgement space ❤️
