    Tough class for this experienced yogi! Joel was so great about offering modifications to make things easier and harder. Never felt bad for needing to march in place instead of higher intensity cardio exercises or ditch my weights when it became too much.     Definitely more complicated than Zumba and a bit intimidating for a first-timer, but by the end of each song you can get a sense of the moves, and I imagine that if you keep going (which I plan to do) you get to a point where you recognize the routines. I have dance experience and think it would be harder to follow along without that.

    Ellen was awesome! First of all - so tough!!! But secondly she gave adjustments that helped push you to keep form or not give up, and they were actually helpful. We’ve all been there when an instructor is not getting that maybe today you need to modify or maybe you want that extra push and would love the encouragement ! She was the perfect balance of this and I actually really appreciated the nudge.
