Would love it if that room wasn’t sooo bitter cold during a Yin practice. Sweet instructor. Would be great to have her practice her teaching without such a soft singsong voice. I typically do heated vinyasa (~85°) and wasn't quite prepared for the heat of this class (~108°)! Drink a lot of water and rest when you need it. The instructor was great, clearly very experience and gave easy to follow guidance. She offered corrections and remembered everyone's name, despite there being a few first-timers.
