    Slow Flow

I enjoyed the instructor very much and the space was comfortable. It was not too hot in the room and there was only quiet background noise until savasana at which point the instructor walked around with bells/chimes (I didn't love the bells but that's just personal preference). There was a bit more challenging flow sequence in the middle, with the last half hour being solidly restorative. I wouldn't recommend this for brand new beginners; I think it would be difficult to follow along. But if you have a little yoga experience, enough to be familiar with the lingo, you will be just fine.

Bekah lead a wonderful flow that departed from traditional salutations and was a welcome iteration. The studio remains clean, welcoming, and well-appointed; in 20+ visits I have never known differently. Today I took advantage of free mat rental if you ride your bike to yoga. Still bring your towel or be ready to rent for $2...but not having to find a way to carry your mat on your bike is super convenient! Outdoor bike rack a few doors down, or I parked and locked in the garage at an unused railing under the stairs...out of the rain!

Awesome class. Great teacher. This is an awesome studio. The only drawback is lacks the zen quality I seek. The first 20 minutes of class i could barely track the teacher because the students outside class were in loud discussion with no regard. Sadly this is the culture Before class in the room there is always loud conversations. Today I heard about a cheating husband and the gossip that goes with that. Most studios cultivate a calmer more quite atmosphere. Since it’s the only peace in many of my days this studio is a pop in vs a regular go to.
