Katie is so warm, friendly and welcoming! I’ve taken a handful of her classes and they are always different and for all abilities. Today’s class was challenging in a good way. Highly recommend

    FLOW + ROLL 75 | vinyasa + myofascial

Warm-up and smooth vinyasa practice followed by ball rolling to relieve muscle tightness. The warm temperature wasn’t too hot, and felt invigorating and relaxing. Instructor was friendly and helpful with the poses.

Always an amazing experience with Scott’s classes. The instructions and guidance were on point and the soothing sounds allowed me to reach a deep state of mind. Love the abundance of props and sanitizing equipment as well.

Richard is a wonderful and talented instructor. Bala classes tend to overbook so be prepared it will be tight and that there might not be enough equipment . Richard did a great job accommodating for a full house.

Free Community Class - YIN YOGA

Would love it if that room wasn’t sooo bitter cold during a Yin practice. Sweet instructor. Would be great to have her practice her teaching without such a soft singsong voice. It’s a delicate balance with Yin. But if too soft spoken and too much of the same tone, it becomes boring and not enough to keep a person interested and awake:-)

Slow Flow in The SweatBox Loft

Reva is amazing as usual! She had a “digestion” routine to help us deal with the over abundance of the Thanksgiving Food weekend. Sweatbox Loft can be difficult to find, so seriously get there early (15 min) if it’s your first time! Enter through main entrance door, go up small/short wooden staircase on left, call number on door, go up ramp, then follow signs to studio.

Kula is the best studio I've found in Seattle since moving here. The instructors are really experienced, the flows are challenging, and the warm up and cool off are authentic to yoga. Sheree's class was fantastic, I'll be back!

Urban Hot Flow in Studio A2 High ceiling

Devon is the best instructor here by far!!! Amazing flow, perfect pace, good balance of effort and ease, great playlist. Wish she would have encouraged ujjayi breathing a bit more...lots of loud gasping/panting from other yogis which was super distracting. Also if you can’t do the poses without panting it’s a good sign you should back off and take a break...

The instructor was amazing! She is cheerful and detail-oriented. Not only she showed the pose to the students (instead of just saying the Yogi jargons) but also she fixed the students' posture. I loved the class taught by her :)
