Most of the time, there are a lot of workouts you could do yourself at the gym with access to the machine, so when you book a class, the instructor can make or break the experience and Shane was absolutely AMAZING. He knew it was my first time at F45, and he was so accommodating - he made sure to explain every station at the beginning of each set, and constantly came over to help me fix my form, push me and motivate me. I have not come across a better instructor on ClassPass! Caleb was also assisting and also amazing. This F45 location really is worth the hype with how amazing the instructors are. I’m still blown away by how helpful they were!

I would say it’s not super beginner friendly but definitely a good class to challenge yourself and the instructor was great. She saw me struggling a few times and came over to correct my form without being mean about it. Highly recommend but I think I will build my strength more before attending again just so I can show up to the best of my ability.

see all reviewsI have been going to Pranify yoga for about a year now, and Chelsea is by far my favorite instructor! She is incredibly talented, knowledgeable, non-judgmental, and a great teacher! She is really great at explaining form and helps correct form during class when necessary. She has given me some really awesome pointers to help me improve! I always feel rejuvenated and relaxed after going to one of her classes!

It's basically a locally owned Barry's with more of a community feel. The con is that sometimes the programming feels random and not very thoughtful. In this class, the first floor set was three different ab exercises and then burpees? Felt like somebody threw darts to pick exercises. I'll keep coming back, but I often end up modifying or subbing in different movements for myself. Better programming would really make this place amazing :D

The inversions did make me dizzy. Although you don’t ever have to do those, inversions were about half of the time using the aerial silks, so if you opted to not do those then you are better off just taking a regular yoga class.
