    The best!! This was my first studio visit in 6 months because of Covid and it was so fun. We’re outside and spread apart, so felt super safe. My face hurts from smiling so much, and I’m sure my core and legs will be hurting so good as well. Loved this class.

    All the instructors Ive had at this studio have been great and Crystal is no different. Shes very technical and helps with form to make sure were doing everything correctly. The class is challenging and a great Pilates workout. You definitely need solid Reformer experience to get the most out of this class.

    Carly was gave clear instructions, and provided helpful tips on form. Her enthusiasm is contagious; I left the class feeling reenergized. In short, she’s excellent! Crazy how great a workout you get with micro moves at a slower pace — holy whole body soreness! For newbies to this studio (like me), note that main access is from the Safeway parking lot side (as opposed to front street side).

    Zach is such a great instructor. Most lagree studios are pretentious and feel like an idiot trying to learn all the moves but I always feel so welcome in Zachs class. He is patient, makes sure you understand how to execute a move, while keeping it fun and challenging. Go take his class, will be worth it!
