Katie is so warm, friendly and welcoming! I’ve taken a handful of her classes and they are always different and for all abilities. Today’s class was challenging in a good way. Highly recommend

    Hot Vinyasa

Tracy has such a great class. Always professional, always consistent, appropriately challenging, easy to hear, structured sequencing, and overall nice person. It makes sweating in such a hot environment actually pleasurable.

Urban Hot Flow in Studio A2 High ceiling

Devon is the best instructor here by far!!! Amazing flow, perfect pace, good balance of effort and ease, great playlist. Wish she would have encouraged ujjayi breathing a bit more...lots of loud gasping/panting from other yogis which was super distracting. Also if you can’t do the poses without panting it’s a good sign you should back off and take a break...

I typically do heated vinyasa (~85°) and wasn't quite prepared for the heat of this class (~108°)! Drink a lot of water and rest when you need it. The instructor was great, clearly very experience and gave easy to follow guidance. She offered corrections and remembered everyone's name, despite there being a few first-timers. I don't prefer this style of yoga, but it's definitely one of the best I've tried in the Seattle area and I would recommend it to anyone interested in Bikram style.

    C1 - CorePower Yoga 1

Sequence was great. So friendly, hands on, encouraging, and welcoming. Lots of variations. The best part was the amount of attention and adjustments she gives to everyone. She gave me a neck massage during half pigeon and a head massage during savasana and that small action really elevated the class experience.

    C2 - CorePower Yoga 2

Good flows, clean space, and regular practitioners of C2 will know there is always a “challenge pose” offered which is always a nice chance to stretch your practice. Found Ashley’s choice of soundtrack to be enhancing. Will practice with her again when I get the chance.
