    Butts & Guts Lagree

When I went to Moov a few years back I thought of their style as moderate to light intensity. However, Jillian’s classes are NO JOKE. Challenging and intense (in a great way) is my current outlook. Jillian has great energy and knows how to inspire. Recommend to those who love challenging classes which help you get the most out of your workout

The instructor was great! I'll definitely try to schedule another one of her classes. I was really challenged but didn't feel too frustrated or uncomfortable during the class. Her energy was great, she had great suggestions to improve form, and she was very encouraging. I really liked the order and timing of the moves she chose for the class.

    Strength60 - Lower Focus

A lot of the stations for this week’s class were set up using the same muscles groups. So felt like I was crushing my glutes and hammies for an entire hour. I was sore like I haven’t been in a while. You got me Michelle.

    Starter50: Intro To [solidcore]

Meant for absolute pilates beginners - if you don’t know how to use the machine at all. While it’s a beginner friendly class, it’s a solid workout. Instructor was great - would take her class again. Had good awareness of everyone in the class and provided correction and assistance when needed. Note that a lot of time is spent on explanations during this class so would not recommend if you have any Pilates experience.

Beautiful yoga space. Great pace and verbal cues are tailored towards those who have practiced. It may be a bit challenging to those new to yoga, but not impossible as the room appeared to be filled with regulars. I’m totally going back next week for Samantha’s class!!

PHENOMENAL class by Alyssa. I loved her energy and how expertly she explained our moves in each sequence. She frequently referenced modifications and advancements which made the entire workout accessible for all levels. It was challenging and humbling - I feel the burn already! I can’t wait to come back to her class for more!!

    VIBE (on the mat)

This studio is worthy of its name - it gave me an overwhelming sense of serenity as soon as I walked in. Felt like a sweet little escape from reality. And I LOVE LOVE LOVE this heated mat pilates format. Katelynn did an amazing job of navigating us through all the moves and correcting our forms throughout the class. The workout went from sweet to spicy quickly! Be ready to sweat. I left the studio feeling so grounded, energized, and good about myself!

I always feel better after class with Jose! Challenging & fun. Really appreciate how he is willing to pop on a machine (if one is empty) to demonstrate— these moves can be tricky to understand verbally & demos make it so much easier.
