My first time taking Ashley’s class and she was amazing! Great music, energy without too much talking! I love flywheel but most instructors think it’s necessary to talk through most of the class. She lets you enjoy the music & hear your own thoughts. Thanks Ashley! Looking forward to taking more of your classes.

    City Ride

I drove past a few weeks ago and was curious, so was happy to see it pop up on ClassPass! The studio is small, but very clean and modern. They offer towels and shoes, plus a fully stocked locker room with nice amenities. The staff was welcoming. As for the ride itself, it was your 'old school' spin class (I.e. no torq board or leaderboard), but jazzed up with colorful lighting that changes, and with arm routines (push-ups on handlebars and a 1-song free weight session). It was a good sweat. I really liked the instructor, too- very down to earth, and energetic/motivating without being "too" energetic (in other words, not a spaz!). I look forward to coming back!

Waverly is a modern day orchestra conductor. She is a great instructor, and somehow manages to keep track of and provide verbal cues to keep the treadmill group and the floor group on top of their respective workout routines. She does not physically modify your form during the class, but verbally states modifications that you can take. Very good class, nice sweat, good room air circulation, and all-around great workout.

I really like this studio and prefer to come here over Soul/Fly when im in town- this studio is beautiful, the staff is welcoming/helpful. HOWEVER- not sure if it’s the instructors ive taken or the general format but classes definitely skew on the fast side. Personally I’d prefer more than one hill (and I don’t consider a mid-70s BPM a hill) for a better mix and more accessibility for riders (only a handful of whom in each class I took cold keep up with the beats and added choreo)

Regular barre but on steroids! Intense, great workout. I fell in love with barre in the last 6 months and tired FlyBarre for the first time today. I’ll definitely be back. Wicker pace than refusal barre, depending on what you’re looking for that day. Both are good workouts. I do hot yoga, strength training and also run, so this is a great change to mix things up.

Bekah lead a wonderful flow that departed from traditional salutations and was a welcome iteration. The studio remains clean, welcoming, and well-appointed; in 20+ visits I have never known differently. Today I took advantage of free mat rental if you ride your bike to yoga. Still bring your towel or be ready to rent for $2...but not having to find a way to carry your mat on your bike is super convenient! Outdoor bike rack a few doors down, or I parked and locked in the garage at an unused railing under the stairs...out of the rain!

Love the space bright, organized, clean. Love Cats style of instruction she gives hints about upcoming moves, clear descriptions of moves and sequencing, with a little humor peppered in. Fun soundtrack for bouncing around. Self-paced class (emphasis on form over pace), which was helpful for my first time at this location. For your first visit, allow extra time to find and pay for street parking, and fill out the waiver. (Plus you may need time to intuit the lockers : when you close the door, enter your own four digits, turn the knob, then spin the numbers to random positions. To rescue your contents, spin the numbers back to your chosen four, then the knob should turn to give you access.)
