She is a great instructor, and somehow manages to keep track of and provide verbal cues to keep the treadmill group and the floor group on top of their respective workout routines. She does not physically modify your form during the class, but verbally states modifications that you can take. Very good class, nice sweat, good room air circulation, and all-around great workout.

Just a minor suggestion: if there’s time ahead of the class, maybe the studio can set up each assigned station with the items that will be used during the class (aside from weights which the students can grab themselves since those will vary by person) such as: the bands, balls and sliders if they are going to be used in that session.

She gives clear prompts with encouragement, provides options for modifications, and *worked* us through full series while she works alongside us to demonstrate alignment and posture and range options. An hour felt like 30 minutes, tops. Love the light-filled space, and had tons of room. Leave extra time to get signed in as a guest, if it's your first time to the studio. (Parking could be a potential downside, depending on time and day.)
