    DANCE CLUB

This was my favorite dance workout class and instructor at Community Fitness Ive tried so far. Good workout, good energy from the instructor, dance moves are not the easiest so it will keep you on your toes through many classes

    FLOW + ROLL 75 | vinyasa + myofascial

Warm-up and smooth vinyasa practice followed by ball rolling to relieve muscle tightness. The warm temperature wasn’t too hot, and felt invigorating and relaxing. Instructor was friendly and helpful with the poses.

    Lean Bazuka - FREE CLASS

Love Bassline workouts, and I especially like the Bazuka classes because it gives more variety than the Lean (2-layer classes). Both are amazing workouts. I haven’t had an instructor I didn’t like.

    Flywheel: Method 45

Alex is consistently a great instructor. I love that she plays a variety of music that appeals to all tastes. Other instructors should learn from her in this regard. I notice that most instructors at flywheel stick with one genre of music throughout the class which sucks if you don’t like that particular type of music.

    French Montana and Friends

Appreciate how Lyndsay introduces the class to the specifics e.g., length of class, length of arms portion, reminding that it's extended ride, choreo cues, etc. Super happy she played 'unforgettable' (which was actually the inspiration for the ride) otherwise it wouldn't be a French Montana theme ride.

Nicole is a gem! So hard, so fun, and she really cares about inspiring and encouraging everyone regardless of where they are at. No shaming here, just lots of positive affirmations. Also loved Jessie and Dianne in the front of class, so much good energy in the room!

I LOVE Wednesday mornings with Katy! I always leave feeling the most accomplished because she pushes the class to hold ourselves accountable. I’ve never left a class not feeling exhausted in the BEST way possible. I love the energy she brings to every single class.

Darsenio is a particularly great instructor for those who are new to this. He talks about form and the different positions throughout the class. The reminders are great for those of us who’ve been to a lot of classes, too!

    MashUp

This was super fun. Dark room. Crazy music videos make you feel like your at a rave which made me work really hard and crave a joint at the same time. I’m hella sore already. Can’t wait to go again. Childcare is everything.

    Y3 Shred ODESZA

Love these shred classes! Working out in an infrared room guarantees a major sweat sesh! Just a minor suggestion: if there’s time ahead of the class, maybe the studio can set up each assigned station with the items that will be used during the class (aside from weights which the students can grab themselves since those will vary by person) such as: the bands, balls and sliders if they are going to be used in that session.

    ORGANIZED CHAOS

Amanda led a fun, energetic class through a tough circuit! She was cheerful and supportive from start to finish. The gym is well-appointed, and the other gym members were very welcoming. The work-out had a bit of something for everyone, and while tailored to someone with a good understanding of their fitness, she had modifications for everyone. A very positive experience; I'll be back!

Catherine is a rock star! She gives clear prompts with encouragement, provides options for modifications, and *worked* us through full series while she works alongside us to demonstrate alignment and posture and range options. An hour felt like 30 minutes, tops. Love the light-filled space, and had tons of room. Leave extra time to get signed in as a guest, if it's your first time to the studio. (Parking could be a potential downside, depending on time and day.)
