    Lean Bazuka - FREE CLASS

Love Bassline workouts, and I especially like the Bazuka classes because it gives more variety than the Lean (2-layer classes). Both are amazing workouts. I haven’t had an instructor I didn’t like.

    Hip Hop Friday

Great ride! It went by quick & I wished it was 60 minutes because I thoroughly enjoyed it! Carena is one of my favorite instructors, her voice is really clear & motivating; the right amount of bravado. I always try to take her classes that involve rap/hip-hop because her playlists are dope & she uses the perfect mix of speed, stickiness, & choreo. Arms could be longer / more challenging though.

Guilty Pleasures if the Early 2000s (Theme Ride)

Great instructor. Encouraging and warm without being overly aggressive. Loved the parts where she acknowledged people were at different places throughout the workout and said that was okay instead of shaming those who couldn’t do it perfectly. Cycling is hard and often times it’s not accessible for those who are unfamiliar or not in the best shape so it’s much appreciated to have a welcoming space like that. Will be back!

    Full Body BurnCycle

This studio is awesome. The front desk staff and instructor were super friendly, enthusiastic, and encouraging. There’s a great community vibe at the studio, and it’s a whole lot of fun. This is definitely not my thing. The bike was not comfortable, I didn’t like how the class was pitch-black or very dimly lit the whole time, and I was confused by the positions and movements. Some people love it, so I definitely recommend trying it out. Cycle just isn’t for me.

Warm-up and smooth vinyasa practice followed by ball rolling to relieve muscle tightness. The warm temperature wasn’t too hot, and felt invigorating and relaxing. Instructor was friendly and helpful with the poses.

    ORGANIZED CHAOS

Amanda led a fun, energetic class through a tough circuit! She was cheerful and supportive from start to finish. The gym is well-appointed, and the other gym members were very welcoming. The work-out had a bit of something for everyone, and while tailored to someone with a good understanding of their fitness, she had modifications for everyone. A very positive experience; I'll be back!

Great workout, great instructor. I loved the vibe of the studio and had a great Sunday evening sweat. There is no computer tracking on the bikes so you really can make your workout your own and challenge yourself as much as you want. I also loved how the room is lit with candles only. Catherine is a rock star! She gives clear prompts with encouragement, provides options for modifications, and *worked* us through full series while she works alongside us to demonstrate alignment and posture and range options. An hour felt like 30 minutes, tops. Love the light-filled space, and had tons of room. Leave extra time to get signed in as a guest, if it's your first time to the studio. (Parking could be a potential downside, depending on time and day.)
