Floor work was awesome to alternate from standing/one leg seat work which has been really stressing my stabilizers lately. Floor work is great for people who do a lot of barre, still want the tone but without the extra pressure! Thanks.

Crystal is one of my favorite instructors. One thing I especially appreciate is that when giving more difficult modifications she'll often say "but that's too much for me" or "I choose not to take this modification". In doing that she demonstrates how self awareness and self care go hand in hand.

Hannah is awesome! My favorite teacher at the studio so far. Ive done a lot of barre classes (Pure barre, flybarre, bar method) - Barre3 really makes you sweat! The dancing floor exercises can get a bit redundant but this is a good class overall. Compared to other studios I never felt too cramped in the space provided

    FlyBarre: Classic 60

Regular barre but on steroids! Intense, great workout. I fell in love with barre in the last 6 months and tired FlyBarre for the first time today. I’ll definitely be back. Wicker pace than refusal barre, depending on what you’re looking for that day. Both are good workouts. I do hot yoga, strength training and also run, so this is a great change to mix things up.

Love the style of teaching Amber uses. More like the old Barre3, instead of the newer classes that seem more focused on cardio than strengthening. I will be watching for her classes in the future

    Pure Barre Classic (50 Mins)

Wow! I’ve taken tons of pure barre classes all over the country and this was the best by far. Amy’s energy is incredible and she really knows how to challenge you to go harder. She gives a truly amazing workout. I’m still shaking an hour later. The studio is very nice and clean, and the front desk “barre tender”’ was lovely as well. Can’t wait to come back here.

    Pure Barre Class

Pure barre is notorious for instructors who talk too fast, don't demonstrate, and don't offer modifications. Amy was such a refreshing change from that! She was clear and easy to follow, demonstrated the difficult exercises, and was quick to offer corrections or modifications. I really enjoyed her class.

    Pure Barre Class

She leads one of the most challenging barre classes I have ever attended. Despite being challenging they are ALL moves that are POSSIBLE. Not like some studios where I instantly Know I wont be able to do a move. Its up to how much you can push your body. Love Hannah, she has wonderful energy and is an amazing instructor to help push people when she seems they struggling and great form cues.

    Pure Empower (50 mins)

I originally signed up for Empower (in hopes of a more cardio barre class) and this was my first Reform class. It was more difficult than I expected, in a good way! Great, low-impact, full-body workout. More of a sweat than I was expecting too since it is not advertised as the “cardio” class.

I'm not a morning person. But this Barre class woke me up! Kristine is strong and gave good clues on what to do next. She also made good adjustment on me when needed. My back and legs feels so strong afterwards. Will definitely come back!

    Beginner Flight™

Lesley was a very good instructor. She made sure the cocoon was adjusted properly before the class. And she provided very detailed instructions during the class. She did not do too much adjusting, at least not to me. She did walk around a help you to stop swinging aggressively. There was definitely some modified yoga moves in class, which I enjoyed.

Instructor was upbeat and motivating. For only 21 minutes, I felt like I got a good workout. Note: the entire studio is bare feet. The class was really good, but because of some damage to my foot, I couldn't do some of the exercises without shoes.
