see all reviewsStacy is an incredible instructor. Super motivating and always plays great music! I wasn’t sure how I felt about the leadership board- so I asked to be removed (you can do that!). However, I found the competition aspect quite fun! I would highly recommend her classes!

The workout went from sweet to spicy quickly! Be ready to sweat. I left the studio feeling so grounded, energized, and good about myself!
