    SLOW FLOW (INFRARED HEAT)

    Loved the pace of this class. The instructor was clear and easy to follow. I haven’t taken a yoga class in like a decade, but I was proud of myself for keeping up. I have really tight shoulders, and I notice they feel so much better the next day. I must keep it up!

    Trish is a great instructor! She explained everything well and offered modifications as well as advancements and has great energy! I would suggest doing the intro to Solidcore or other reformer type class before a normal class. Great workout!
