see all reviewsWil was a very fun instructor, love his moonshine tips 😹 the class itself is marked beginner, but a lot of non-begginers showed up. So it was a little less attention than I would've liked, it being my first time on the silks. Not the instructor's fault, but I do feel like the beginners should take priority in their own class!

see all reviewsOmg, I was so happy I booked this class. For starters not only is the instructor nice but all the ladies who were usuals there were super kind. The amount of great vibes and generosity that was felt throughout this class was empowering. The instructor when out of her way to teach I and another newbie the exercises throughout the entire session while still allowing herself to motivate the usual girls. Her energy was amazing and made me laugh the entire time. It was such a fun workout and I will definitely be coming back for more. 10000/10 💓💞

Studio is the perfect size for about 10-15 people. Teacher had great energy and was very engaging. I look forward to taking another class and supporting a small dance studio in LB!

see all reviewsThe instructor, Akemi was so welcoming and accommodating. The class was really fun and there are a lot of regulars that made me feel comfortable since this was my first class. The class was really fun! Great music and fun choreography, there was also stretching and weights for toning muscles. The class went by so fast! The moves can all be modified for your level and abilities. It wasn’t the most intense workout but it might have been the most fun while still got me to work up a sweat.
