    Chill

Wonderful “chill,” relaxing class. Stretching and restorative poses held not as long as in a traditional Restorative class, allowing for a little more time to wiggle kinks out and move a tad more. Natalie encouraged us all to do what works for our body at the given time, so options were always provided, as well as the permission to just relax and do our own version. Hope to be back soon!

    Vinyasa (Heated)

Tiffany is so incredibly talented. She gives clear instruction, has an approachable personality (yoga and different breathing techniques can be intimidating for some, but she has a way tempering worries), and that “je ne sai pas quoi” that leaves you feeling different, BETTER, then when you came in.
