Instructor was great. It’s difficult for me to workout when there’s slower songs on the playlist so wouldn’t have chosen those but they were all rly good songs & not a huge deal

    Jumpboard Reformer Class

The space is beautiful, the instruction is solid, and the class was challenging. I had never used classical Pilates equipment before. I was surprised how it differed from other reformers that I’ve used. Highly recommend this lovely studio.

    Prenatal Yoga

I started doing prenatal yoga here about 15 weeks into my pregnancy and continued once or twice a week until 40 weeks. The studio is very comfortable and inviting, and the instructors are extremely friendly and knowledgeable about pregnancy. It was also really nice to be around other women going through the same things and gave me a sense of community and consistency in the crazy time of pregnancy. I have recommended this place to all my pregnant or to-be pregnant friends and fam! I also think this practice helped me tremendously in having the epidural-free birth that I wanted!
