    SoulCycle

First time trying out Soul Cycle! Parking is located in the frost tower. Scan QR code to register your car and the studio validates it with scanning another QR code in the app. Give yourself some time to park and walk to the studio. There was another class right before so doors didn’t open until 5 min before. Waiver and registration didn’t take long. Bikes are stacked back to back to each other. Bikes aren’t as comfortable as other studios. I loved how the other riders sang along loudly to the music. Good energy all around. Instructor was really encouraging.

    Power Vinyasa (Heated)

I really enjoyed the instructor Morgan. She was very talented and I felt like this class was much more enjoyable than a typical vinyasa. I wish the class was slightly slower paced so that I could be more intentional with the poses and there were a few times I couldn’t hear her in the back of the room over the music but besides that a great experience. I would take her class again!

Full Body - Lower Focus (50 Minutes)

Staff was all super enthusiastic and warm to me so it was a lot less scary! The treadmill parts of class were a bit much for me to do completely at the proper levels but I felt totally okay adjusting speed when I needed to. Really great experience & good mixup to my regular workout routine

    SWEAT440

There are lockers, shower, towels, water. Space is new, clean. Friendly staff! The format is very easy to follow: up to six people per “pod” w three stations. You move thru stations following a monitor demoing the exercises and guiding where to go. Nothing is crazy complex. There’s a trainer for form corrections for everyone in the room. I love the convenience!

    Classical Reformer Level 1

Super cute studio ❤️ Easy parking in front. Smaller class with 6 reformer machines in the back. Alyssa was great with explaining things and walking around helping with adjustments. Loved the pace of the class, challenging and relaxing at the same time.

The class was challenging and high energy. However the showers are repulsive and several barely work. Wish they would have spent some time and money cleaning those bad boys when they remodeled
