see all reviewsThe class was great! it was my first time taking a cycling class - I arrived early, and was given a tour by the friendly gal at the front desk. Bruce was a great instructor, he explained what to expect and encouraged me to go at my own pace, and not stress about keeping up with others. He also helped me get set up on the bike. I paced myself, definitely worked up a sweat, and had an amazing workout!!Will definitely return!
