You have 30 seconds stations but no timer you just have to keep eyeballing the clock. It’s a small gesture that will go along way for clients and help us focus better

This was such a refreshingly mindful class. And the best part was DeAndre. He is truly one of the best yoga teachers I’ve had. He was more of like a positive soulful guide. I can’t wait to come back. This may need to be a weekly ritual for me! I feel so energized and grounded post class. What a gift ✨
