Aaron's class is tough. Legit thought I was about to pass out at one point. He has you doing push-ups and burpees between bag combos. I was in the front bag row and I was able to see but I would have been screwed at any other row. The facility is very clean. There is a lot of bike parking out front. I wouldn't recommend biking though if you're going to this guys class. I was struggling on my ride home.

Really lovely instructor. For people new to this studio, I will say that their classes are all pretty easy if you are used to regular vinyasa flow classes. I enjoy the slower more intentional pace, but it may not be the sweat-dripping yoga you're looking for. Also, they do a bunch of weird wrist flips in all of their classes. Again, it's an interesting variation, but might be annoying to some.

I been to three different barre studios/franchises now and this may be my favorite one. I like how welcoming the atmosphere is (other studios come off a bit elitist) and how the workouts are slower paced and more conventional (but still effective - you will still work your muscles to fatigue!). One thing that did surprise me though was how little barre work we actually did; I would say 70% of the class was done on the mat... which was perfectly fine but just an interesting observation for a barre class. All in all, this was more my style relative to other popular barre chains... I cant wait to come back!

    Rise & Shine

This was my first time at this studio for yoga. I love the vibe of the place: very low-key, very Venice (locals) and a nice contrast to some of the more competitive and flashy studios in the area. Lauren is the star instructor here for good reason. Not only is she gorgeous and possessed of a lovely voice, she is exactingly well trained and "the real thing." The class was nice and full but everyone had enough room and I detected zero "Get out of my spot!" attitude here. Space is modest but clean and well equipped. My one constructive criticism is that the studio was very moist and stuffy when we went in and during class. There was a venting system in the ceiling but it was not used between classes. Only a ceiling fan, which just moves the hot air around. I will absolutely return for another class. Nice!

Great energy, great teacher, the only recommendation I would make is to slow down a bit with the flow. We are supposed to be following our breath with the movement and I take that very seriously, however when I feel rushed to stay on track with he entire group because youre already telling students to go into the next pose, it makes me feel like I have to rush as well so that Im not constantly 1-2 steps behind. I dont think we should all be in the exact same pose at the exact same time because we should all be going with OUR own breath. This is not just specific to this one instructor, I experience this often at other studios

    DASH Signature

Just tried this place for the first time and loved it! I used to take precision running classes at equinox but got tired of the high price of membership and pretentious vibe there. This place might be the next best thing to precision running, but more affordable and people here are nice. Can’t wait to go again!
