I was on fire but she gave plenty of modifications incase a move was too much which I appreciate cuz not everyone is at the same level. She made a point to ask the class about injuries and really listened. She also offered ways to make the exercises more or less challenging depending on our bodies. So good! There were many times I didn’t know what we were doing. Or she’d assume because we did it on one side, then we’d know the other side and we weren’t in the right position. She is new to the studio and she was confused with some people being on one side and it being on the left side while the people on the other side were on their right. She put our equipment away which was great. And she definitely had a challenging and fun full body , good Pilates class!
