    Had a killer full body workout. I arrived 20 min early to check in, it was the first time taking the class. Got a chance to meet some of the staff, everyone was great, really down to earth. Alex was superb, motivational, personable, and helpful. He helped me correct my form when needed. We ran 1 minute circuits which I soon realized were usually 45 sec but accidentally signed up for the wrong day. To my advantage, it gave me a few more secs during the circuits to focus on form, so I'm not mad about it. Would return, great gym, great energy, felt challenged.

She is new to the studio and she was confused with some people being on one side and it being on the left side while the people on the other side were on their right. She put our equipment away which was great. And she definitely had a challenging and fun full body , good Pilates class!
