see all reviewsI loved F45. Did the Piston class which was a strength circuit with 12 stations X 3 laps. It went by fast and felt like a got a great workout. Instructors offered assistance and corrections as needed. Would definitely do again.

Extremely fast paced and intense yet you’re able to make adjustments to make things work for you. Jeremy was very welcoming and good at giving me pointers and Leah, who was training to work there, was an awesome, helpful workout buddy.
