First time ever trying a Mommy and Baby yoga class and I loved it. My little one is only 7 weeks old so he stayed in his car seat and slept the entire time but it was nice to chat about mom related/postpartum stuff which is how the class began. No need to bring a mat or props, they supplied everything we needed! Big and spacious room and the temperature was just right. Hope does a great job and is very calming and easy to talk to.
