    Strength Training Full Body Circuit

    Both instructors teaching at this studio are fantastic! The studio itself has character and as soon as you arrive it just feels like a good decision. This class starts with a warmup up and progresses into weight circuit training with bars, dumbbells and kettlebells. The class goes for 45 minutes and wraps up with planks, crunches and some floor exercises. Mats are provided. Danielle is great at demonstrating the proper form for every exercise and you can tell those exercises are working because she looks amazing. All in all, a good experience.

    What a fun workout! The front desk staff member was so welcoming and gave a great introduction for my first time. The instructor was also really nice and helped me get set up on my bike. The only thing I would say is that I wish we could have more time in transitioning, especially to yoga, because my heart rate was still very high from the strength portion, and it wouldā€™ve been better to feel more relaxed heading into something like yoga. Regardless, it was still a great experience and I would definitely come back!

    The class was divided into halves. The first half of the class was cardio workout with combat moves. The second half was karv techniques. Both the instructors, Amit and Brenda, were extremely involved in mentoring each and every individual. They would review forms, styles, postures etc. to ensure youā€™re doing it the right way. Overall, the place had a great vibe too. Definitely going there again.

    Instructor was kind and fun and the overall vibe was nice! It was a beginner class, and a little different than what I was expecting in terms of challenge. Extra repetitive and easy to follow, but a good work out! Would recommend for first-time trying Zumba!

    David was awesome! I got lucky and just happened to be the only one that signed up so it ended up being a personal training session. The routine was perfectly challenging and I really enjoyed it. Iā€™ve walked away having learned something both times, and therefore feeling more confident in the gym setting.

    My first CrossFit class ever, it was very different, challenging and fun! The community there was very welcoming and supportive. Coach Todd made sure I did everything the right way and encouraged me during every round. The moves were challenging to me but Iā€™m surprised that I never wanted to quit.

    Located in the EVO sports expo. Great session! Very small class size so the instructor puts a lot of attention on what you're doing and has a lot of insight into form correction and how to properly do a lift step-by-step. Little bit of cardio at the end to keep things engaging. Would come back!
