    First time here! Weird strong was such an interesting and fun class! Have been wanting to do more mobility workouts and this was the perfect start to my day. The owner of the gym led the class & he was very helpful, correcting any moves that could use improvement.

    Intro to Kickboxing (MANDATORY First Class)

    Would recommend! Coach Brian is excellent. He is very patient and makes sure everybody is using the right technique. In the Intro class, he walked through the punches, kicks, and knees in depth and taught us how to position ourselves. I have done some cardio kickboxing classes before but this class really helped me understand the fundamentals much better. I definitely recommend this for beginners! In terms of stuff to bring, I recommend bringing your own gloves and hand wraps if you have them. They will provide gloves if you don't have them though.
