    This gentle yoga class was so special! I loved how nurturing the space felt, especially the playlist. I almost came to tears at one point because the energy was just so good and I could tell that the instructor really is passionate about what she’s doing. I will definitely be back for more gentle yoga classes with Ritu. I also must add that I really appreciated her invitation to stay in meditation if it felt right during savanna bc it was definitely needed. 🤍✨

    Strength Training Full Body Circuit

    Both instructors teaching at this studio are fantastic! The studio itself has character and as soon as you arrive it just feels like a good decision. This class starts with a warmup up and progresses into weight circuit training with bars, dumbbells and kettlebells. The class goes for 45 minutes and wraps up with planks, crunches and some floor exercises. Mats are provided. Danielle is great at demonstrating the proper form for every exercise and you can tell those exercises are working because she looks amazing. All in all, a good experience.

    Katrina is obviously one of the most experienced trainer in the studio, I’m glad to take my first session with her. The class is pretty intense, 45 mins activated all of your deep muscles! My body is shaking after the session and I sweated a lot! I would recommend this studio to learners with some fitness experiences, kind of challenging for newbies.

    The class was beginner friendly as most of the moves we performed were repeated. Erica made the class such a warm, inviting and calm environment.     Rewa was awesome! I loved that she explained the benefits of each pose, was very polite and respectful (asking permission to touch) when she wanted to correct people’s poses, and didn’t push anyone beyond their limits (I had to take several breaks since it was my first time ever). There’s a sign in the restroom asking people to not leave the room mid-class which was nerve racking because the heat was very intense but I was too intimidated to leave for a quick breather so I was relieved to see someone else do just that without being reprimanded for it! It was also very nice to receive an encouraging “good job! I see you really trying” compliments at the end from both the instructor and another friendly participant.

    All the stars for Ivy! Phenomenal instructor, fantastic class and beautiful, clean space. It was a challenging class, in the best possible way. Ivy was attentive, welcoming and motivating instructor. Since i was newer to kickboxing she was doing demos next to me so that i was able to see correct form up close and also followed up with me to make sure i am doing things correctly. The class size was small and intensity was high throughout. I got excellent cardio workout, some strides training, lots of core exercises and of course boxing. Definitely one of the best classes available on classpass. Points well spent!
