This class starts with a warmup up and progresses into weight circuit training with bars, dumbbells and kettlebells. The class goes for 45 minutes and wraps up with planks, crunches and some floor exercises. Mats are provided. Danielle is great at demonstrating the proper form for every exercise and you can tell those exercises are working because she looks amazing. All in all, a good experience.

I almost came to tears at one point because the energy was just so good and I could tell that the instructor really is passionate about what she’s doing. I will definitely be back for more gentle yoga classes with Ritu. I also must add that I really appreciated her invitation to stay in meditation if it felt right during savanna bc it was definitely needed. 🤍✨

It wasn’t too warm in class and the addition of the sound bowls at the end really tied the whole experience together :) This class was slightly challenging but I left feeling very relaxed and energized!

This class was pretty full so come early to get a desired spot. The only thing is I wish someone navigated setting up for the new people. The regulars are so nice and welcoming so they do help you out. This class is for all levels.
