see all reviewsEmily is an awesome and motivating instructor. She offers harder versions of exercises and encourages you to step out of your comfort zone. Each station has its own weights, step, TRX straps, bosu, medicine balls, etc. There’s even heavier weights in the corner if you feel like you want to lift heavier. Get there early if it’s your first time to sign the waiver and get yourself acclimated. Plenty of street and lot parking as well.

see all reviewsFirst time ever trying a Mommy and Baby yoga class and I loved it. My little one is only 7 weeks old so he stayed in his car seat and slept the entire time but it was nice to chat about mom related/postpartum stuff which is how the class began. No need to bring a mat or props, they supplied everything we needed! Big and spacious room and the temperature was just right. Hope does a great job and is very calming and easy to talk to.
