    Power Vinyasa Flow

Good basic yoga class. Reminded me of the old days when yoga didn’t have to be to the beat, didn’t have to be a workout and was usually quirky. Quirky because you literally have to go through the back hall of a dental office to get to the studio. I was putting on my shoes and a dental assistant literally had to say excuse me to get to a tray of dental impressions. Quirky!

    Level 1/2

Enjoyed this class! Was also really digging the mature vibe of this studio Might be tough for beginners (read: those totally new to yoga) because it moves at a relatively quick pace and there are many options for more advanced postures. Would definitely say advanced beginners and up should give it a go though.

    Yoga Fit Fusion

Surprisingly tough! Low to medium impact, some yoga and sculpt exercises. The static holes were brutal in a good way. Only complaint was the main exercise sequence got a little repetitive over time, if there was a way to add subtle variations while still getting the burnout that would help to keep things more interesting
