Hard workout, easy for inexperienced athletes to pick up the movements. But, the pace may be what's difficult for you, if you don't work out regularly or are new to working out.

    Boxing Bootcamp

Tammy is a great instructor who adapts to a wide range of levels. She makes a point to offer individualized feedback to everyone, and to create a welcoming atmosphere. SFBC has built up a nice community of regulars. I like that there’s often an assistant coach. Plus, the location in GGP is great, it’s nice to train outdoors in fresh air.

The class is at Alicia Marble Tennis courts and it was boxing instead of strength and conditioning. Still really enjoyed it. #CPInsider
