    Vinyasa Flow - Heated

Johanna has such a calming voice and lovely reminders throughout class to breathe and let go. The flow is always balanced with stretching/strengthening and core work, and practicing with her leaves room to just be in the present while she radiates simple positivity. It's always a joy to be in her classes. Thank you, Johanna!

Wow, what an authentic and creative class. The instructor gave us permission to go by feel, break the rules, and have full autonomy. She brought a supportive and uplifting light to the practice, and let us choose our own adventures in the best way possible.

So happy to be back at this studio after many years of living on the other side of the Bay. Hayley was a great instructor. I was sad at the end to learn she won’t be teaching at that studio as much because she moved to another part of the Bay! :(

This is a great class and after a long time came across a real good teacher. Highly recommend though the studio is really tight and people are over each other unlike their beautiful sunset studio which closed. This is not a good class for beginners but great for intermediate levels. Again, an excellent teacher.

    Flow + Restore

Abigail is the sweetest teacher and her classes are very grounding! Her voice and demeanor is very relaxing while her transitions and poses are spot on. She seems very observant with everyone in the room and seems to gear the poses based on what she sees in the class vs a super rigid flow. I love flowing, being playful, stretching and clearing my mind with Abigail!!

The class was fun. It was my daughter’s 1st official yoga class and she’s happy to do it alongside with me. The teacher offers poses and themed to what the kids are into- Frozen! At the end the teacher reads a book so the moms can do their own poses. Wished there were more incorporation of songs to sing since my daughter enjoyed that portion. Either way we had a great time!

    Candlelight Flow

I’d recommend to show up early (at least 20 minutes) to find parking. My friends and I carpooled and we were lucky enough to find a spot in front. It isn’t in the best neighborhood so just be sure to not leave any valuables in your car & be alert when taking a night class. The class itself is on the 5th floor so there are quite a few flights to climb but the atmosphere you walk into is so welcoming! The front desk receptionist was super kind and helpful reminding us to fill out a waiver prior. The class itself was nice ans I was able to get a good stretch in and relax after a long day. The instructor took her time to get to know the participants and reminded us that this is OUR practice and we have range of how far we want to go within each move.

Story killed it ! A great teacher, good play list and a good pace. Story kindly and gently corrected individual’s form when necessary which I think is awesome and so helpful (I’ve never seen a Core Power instructor do this before - and I’m always worried people will get hurt in class with incorrect form). Will gladly take more classes with Story.
