Lyra (Hoop) - Intermediate *Prerequisite Skills Required *

I've really come to appreciate Keri's intermediate class - she will transform you into an aerial badass. Class mostly focuses on foundational work such as single knee hangs, meat hooks and planches. Tricks seem to come second which is fine in my opinion. Without correct form you have nothing right? Keri's teaching style is more direct but don't let that intimidate you - she wants to ensure you're doing it correctly and you'll thank her later for it.

    Inferno Hot Pilates

This class was really intense! We did lots of great glute work, abs, and full body cardio. Clean, light, and bright studio. I brought a mat, towel, and the resistance band was provided to me by the studio. Instructor was great and gave me individualized tips and recommendations on how to improve my form. The is nice- especially for your first time when you don’t know if you’re doing the move right. The room was HOT - bring water. #ClasspassInsider

    Zumba

Jacqueline had great positive energy throughout the entire class. I came in for my first time feeling unmotivated, but she turned my attitude right around. Her dance moves were easy-to-follow and the music was fun and lively. Would highly recommend!

    Beginner Kickboxing

Class is done barefoot in a spacious padded room. Bring your own wraps and gloves, or buy/rent a set from them. Lots of emphasis on correct form for the beginner class, which I really appreciated. We learned the six basic punches and a kick. Music was a little too loud at times to hear instructors.
