Love Flows 75: Vinyasa
see all reviewsReally appreciate how long Jack has been teaching (since he was a teenager!). Well balanced, thoughtful class. People on classpass seem to have a lot of feelings about chanting. (I don’t since singing is a proven stress reliever.) if it helps, there is no chanting, and the class starts and finishes on time.

see all reviewsFirst time here and I really enjoyed Jeremy’s verbal affirmations and Bhakti playing. Other yogis were nice and friendly, and the heat wasn’t too hot. The flow felt very different from other vinyasa and hot yoga studios. I’m not sure how I feel about the tea room but you can’t hear them chatter when the door closes. I would come back!!!

see all reviewsInstructor was deeply knowledgeable. Students were able to follow along well with modifications of many levels; fun to see folks of different yoga levels all be able to take a class together. Started and finished 5 min late, which only is tricky if you’re rushing to catch something afterwards, which I don’t recommend as the class is very relaxing and the savasana is very soporific.

see all reviewsChallenging class but so amazing! Armando is a great instructor and since it's an intimate class, he gave personal adjustments to each student and ensured all of our safety. I wouldn't say it's the best for those starting out in their fitness journey, but if you have done any yoga classes then you should try it. Requires a lot of core strength and you'll be hanging sideways and upside down a good bit of the time so don't eat a heavy meal right before. Such a great way to challenge the body and mind through balance, alignment, and focus. I feel incredible, highly recommend! Note: I'm not a 'yoga' person, haven't taken a yoga class in years, but I workout a lot in general and I was able to learn the moves and do the inversions.

Slow Flow
see all reviewsI really enjoy Shannon’s slow flow class. It felt like a power slow flow, we engaged our core a lot while we moved through poses and I really appreciated the conscious deep slow breaths we took throughout the practice. I felt so light in my shoulders and upper back at the end of class and slept really well.
