Love Flows 75: Vinyasa
see all reviewsReally appreciate how long Jack has been teaching (since he was a teenager!). Well balanced, thoughtful class. People on classpass seem to have a lot of feelings about chanting. (I don’t since singing is a proven stress reliever.) if it helps, there is no chanting, and the class starts and finishes on time.

see all reviewsThe Center is such a magical, grounding space! This was my first time taking a yoga class here and my first time trying Kundalini yoga. Dayani is a wonderful instructor and she is a delight to learn from. Kundalini is quite different from your typical forms of yoga but I enjoyed it. It involves breath-work, meditation, chanting, and dynamic movement. It helped me to create more openness internally and loosen my body. After the class, Dayani offered to pour us some tea which was so lovely. I would highly recommend coming here for yoga, tea, community, or all of the above. I will definitely be coming back!

see all reviewsWOW awesome class!! Was pushed to my max for sure. Ry was on top of correcting our form and making us laugh and keep going when she saw us getting so tired and wanting to give up. Loved her playlist and I love the studio. Can easily hear her and see her and the sound system is great!!!

see all reviewsWhat a great experience! Armando was very welcoming and the folks who come regularly were kind and helpful. It was truly an all-levels class, and as someone who's done yoga before but is new to wall yoga, I really enjoyed the class! It felt great to be upside down. We went through a good amount of poses and got good stretch and core work just like in a regular yoga class, but the antigravity element makes it unique. Can't wait to come back!

Yoga Nidra + Sound Healing
see all reviewsInstructor was great! It sounded like someone was throwing furniture or falling down the stairs above us, but that’s not the studios fault. Hard to really relax and get into Yoga Nidra bc of that.

see all reviewsI’d recommend to show up early (at least 20 minutes) to find parking. My friends and I carpooled and we were lucky enough to find a spot in front. It isn’t in the best neighborhood so just be sure to not leave any valuables in your car & be alert when taking a night class. The class itself is on the 5th floor so there are quite a few flights to climb but the atmosphere you walk into is so welcoming! The front desk receptionist was super kind and helpful reminding us to fill out a waiver prior. The class itself was nice ans I was able to get a good stretch in and relax after a long day. The instructor took her time to get to know the participants and reminded us that this is OUR practice and we have range of how far we want to go within each move.
