Such a great workout! A few minor things: music could be more integrated with the workout, motivational talk is part of this class and I dont hear it from the instructors here. They go outside t he typical IHP protocol but its a nice switch.

    Fly 60

Kelsey was an absolute delight! Best flywheel class I've taken in awhile, with great energy, well timed pushes, and fun choreography. I often take PJ's Fly 60, and while he is super nice it's such a boring class. Same music all the time, poorly choreographed pushes that don't match the music, dull energy, etc. It's a good workout but not FUN. Give Kelsey more classes!!

We practiced like 3-5 major poses in this class during the span of 90 minutes. Dustin pushed us quite a lot, but if you're ballerina-flexible, then it'll be easy. He's very precise and demonstrates all of the moves before our turn, so that was really nice. I noticed that in my classes at Yoga Garden, they don't really come by to help you adjust? So not sure if I'm doing well or they just don't give corrections?

    Flow: All Levels

Different from the other yoga flow classes I've taken. Little slower pace, but definitely no less challenging. This class is the best class I've taken in terms of allowing for all levels of experience, but it doesn't push you as to go as quickly as I'd like. I will definitely be back though as I see this as a compliment to the other classes available.

Lydia is a new instructor and I thought she was great! Very cute choreo, perfect pace of adding on new moves, good music etc. I’d suggest choreographing to a song with a consistent beat vs to lyrics (the latter is just not possible in the uforia format)
