I have been doing spin all over the city with ClassPass and sincerely think FlyWheel is the best spot in SF. Rocket Vinyasa

Fantastic class with a awesome instructor. She was very attentive and gave clear instructions and alternative yoga pose options during class. Corrections were given verbally instead of hands on, just a heads up. I also liked the pace of the class which was just right ( some are too fast). The only negative and this is not at all about her, is the front reception. I have been to this yoga studio many times and the coldness and unfriendly nature of the folks up front gives me so much pause. The attitude they give to pretty much anyone new is bananas to me and god forbid you ever ask which room is earth/water/sky although none of them are labeled clearly.

Efficient workout in just 35 minutes. All of the Basecamp 60/10 classes seem more cardio-focused than strength-focused to me (even though this one is labeled strength) because there is so much switching. It is really only the 90/15 classes where I feel I actually have the opportunity to work on strength. This is not necessarily bad, but just be prepared for cardio even in the 60/10 classes labeled strength

He helped me get set up and gave me general guidance on what to expect. He was also very clear throughout class and gave several hands-on or verbal adjustments that helped with my posture. Only note is for the studio - the mats were super slick like the cleaning solution was making the mats more slippery than normal. I'll wear grippy socks next time but hope this gets resolved!

    MNT Signature Reformer

Really enjoyed this class and the careful instruction by Alison. Other reformer classes Ive taken here have not always prioritized form over intensity, so as a longtime student of classical Pilates, I really appreciated her attention to proper alignment.

This class was everything I expected and more. This was my first time at this studio and for this class, and after I signed in and took a peek through the door, I couldn't wait to go in. It was warm, dim, and inviting. The stretches aren't always 100% comfortable, which makes this a very productive Yin class, as some classes are more relaxing than this. Still I could zone out and relax and will definitely be back to this class.

I really liked it! Super dark in the class, only lit by candles which makes the class even more enjoyable and really sets the mood. They have mats and towels supplied, even the sticky towels to lay down on top of your mat for hot yoga (greatly appreciated!). Fast-paced yoga class, loved the theme music. Sweated a lot and got a good stretch. Not for beginners to yoga, the teachers moves through very quickly and most are audible cues so if you arent familiar with pose names it may be difficult to follow.

    DANCE: HIP HOP

Ariel is wonderful! This is my second time taking her class and I can tell that I’m getting into the swing of things. Love the music that she picks and the moves can be intricate with detail depending on the class. A great challenge and a good sweat!

Jennifer is a great teacher! She offered a great mix of corrections & compliments and kept us motivated in all sections of the class, which were well-timed. Solid choreography and the right amount of reps too. Highly recommend!
