    Flywheel: Method 45

Great studio with well cared for bikes and professional staff with priority placed on client experience. Instructor was energetic and motivating which made time fly by! The only thing that confused me slight was being asked to reach or exceed 100 RPM standing and up to 135 seated as Ive always been told these levels arent safe. Ive been told standing RPM shouldnt exceed 90 and seated shouldnt go beyond 120.

    Power Flow

This is a very well taught power flow class. I've been doing vinyasa yoga (mainly heated and power flows) for 6+ years, and this class introduced new poses, new sequences, and challenges from the postures themselves rather than the apples of the flow or the temperature of the room. Really impressed with Martinez!

    DANCE: HIP HOP

Yue is the best instructor! She consistently offers creative and challenging choreo (which she breaks down very well) and a super intense workout! Her class is the best quality at Uforia. its more challenging than most other SF rockstars, so may not be as enjoyable if youve never taken a dance fitness class in your life, but you should definitely try it once so you can be the judge! If you are looking for a class in SF location: Walker and Yue are the best but also the most challenging, Katie is also really great. Devi has a non hip hop style but is a great instructor. Everyone else (Haley, Jenna, Gina, Kelly, Jazon - lately etc) is extremely intro / basic and easy if you want a decent sweat but to not think at all (but warning - you may get bored). I hope Uforia can add more challenging classes on the schedule so its more diverse and clients at all levels have more options!

    Flow: All Levels

Different from the other yoga flow classes I've taken. Little slower pace, but definitely no less challenging. This class is the best class I've taken in terms of allowing for all levels of experience, but it doesn't push you as to go as quickly as I'd like. I will definitely be back though as I see this as a compliment to the other classes available.

Love this class and Zac is great. But we happened to do a floor / abs round and it was actually too difficult, which I normally wouldn’t say. It was piking and side piking back to back with no breaks. I don’t think it was achievable for anyone in the room

This was the first class I really enjoyed at this studio. I appreciated the fast pace of Chelseah's class and worked up a good sweat (also the room is very warm.) My only critique is that it's hard to give adjustments when we're moving so fast so I wasn't always sure if my positions were right.

    MNTbarre

Barre at MNT is definitely one of the hardest barre classes in the city! Class usually starts with light weights and arms then you will do work at the bar. The class usually ends with abs/more glutes on a mat. Studio is clean and modern too! The floor is pretty slippery so I recommend grippy, toesless socks.

Mario’s classes always wear me out and challenge me on technique. Great way to improve form and get in some tough conditioning. Recommended!

Bar Move (requires 20 prior BM Classes)

I've taken a few of Gina's classes before, but the one she taught tonight topped them all. In addition to her feel-good energy and fast-paced choreography, she offered great motivation and supportive critiques, talked about how to ease hip discomfort (thank you!), and kept telling us what was coming next.

Please get some hand sanitizer like the SOMA location! Also, recommend cleaning the floor more like SOMA. Lots of hair and sweat were built up. But other than that, fantastic and BEST workout in town!!! Love all the instructors:)
