    A very no bulls*** workout which was pretty challenging. Definitely the least culty workout in the Marina but that’s also what made it charming. It felt like there was definitely a community there and the front desk staff was awesome and took the time to explain the nuances of the workout to my friends and I before and after class. My one qualm was that the instructor didn’t ask if there were any injuries and continued to correct against form issues that I had because of my injuries. Totally fine, but probably worth asking the class about this beforehand.
