Great class! I've been going to Karma for a while now, and a couple instructors have left and new ones have joined since I started. This is my first HP class in a few weeks and my first with Carley -- its nice to see that the quality of the classes haven't changed even with new instructors.

    Fly 60

Kelsey was an absolute delight! Best flywheel class I've taken in awhile, with great energy, well timed pushes, and fun choreography. I often take PJ's Fly 60, and while he is super nice it's such a boring class. Same music all the time, poorly choreographed pushes that don't match the music, dull energy, etc. It's a good workout but not FUN. Give Kelsey more classes!!

    Rocket Vinyasa

Fantastic class with a awesome instructor. She was very attentive and gave clear instructions and alternative yoga pose options during class. Corrections were given verbally instead of hands on, just a heads up. I also liked the pace of the class which was just right ( some are too fast). The only negative and this is not at all about her, is the front reception. I have been to this yoga studio many times and the coldness and unfriendly nature of the folks up front gives me so much pause. The attitude they give to pretty much anyone new is bananas to me and god forbid you ever ask which room is earth/water/sky although none of them are labeled clearly.

This was the first class I really enjoyed at this studio. I appreciated the fast pace of Chelseah's class and worked up a good sweat (also the room is very warm.) My only critique is that it's hard to give adjustments when we're moving so fast so I wasn't always sure if my positions were right.

Nandi55 was awesome. The room was pretty empty and she kept the energy high, which is really hard to do. One of the best classes I've been to at Burn. The instructor realized I was new(er) when I was having trouble setting up my station before class. He helped me get set up and gave me general guidance on what to expect. He was also very clear throughout class and gave several hands-on or verbal adjustments that helped with my posture. Only note is for the studio - the mats were super slick like the cleaning solution was making the mats more slippery than normal. I'll wear grippy socks next time but hope this gets resolved!
