    Barre Fight 45

So great! Katie was very enthusiastic and encouraging the entire class. First time at SALT and I found the class very upbeat and with just enough of a rest to let you catch your breath while still being challenging.

    MNT Signature Reformer

Great class with new exercises! Carlie's instructions were very clear and she demonstrated since there was an extra reformer. She also went around the room to help with adjustments. This is one of my favorite studios in the city since each class here is different!

Bar Move (requires 20 prior BM Classes)

I've taken a few of Gina's classes before, but the one she taught tonight topped them all. In addition to her feel-good energy and fast-paced choreography, she offered great motivation and supportive critiques, talked about how to ease hip discomfort (thank you!), and kept telling us what was coming next.

Sam was probably one of my all-time favorite barre instructors. I hadnt done about 75% of the exercises in previous barre class here and at another studio, so it was a great change up. She was very encouraging and also helped provide on-hand adjustments when needed. Highly recommend her classes! Just know youll be going go that burn point and you will most likely work up a sweat.

    Dailey Interval

My first interval so I had to take at my own pace, but it was good moderate cardio so it was enjoyable! As this was only my third barre class ever, I needed to look around a bit bc interval is faster and doesn't have as much demonstration.

Ive been really enjoying taking classes at this studio! I was in a car accident just a couple weeks ago and this has been one of the few group classes I feel I can safely do while still getting in a good workout! Thanks to Kiley and all the awesome instructors for providing modifications and helpful feedback.

I really liked Lexs calm and positive energy. Im coming back from a pretty serious injury and made a lot of my own modifications but she didnt bug me about it. She just let me do my thing, which I really appreciated! Thank you for a great class :)

This was the best barre class I’ve ever taken. Miwa was a great instructor. I really appreciated her hands on corrections and ensuring everyone had proper form. She made a point to call everyone by name, even new students. I will definitely be back.

    Dailey Interval

Awesome workout! Intervals are always a big achievement to finish considering how much your legs & arms are about to fall apart after multiple squats, pull ups, planks, mountain climbers, back dancing etc. jeanette is great at reminding the clients of proper form and adjustments!
