    Dailey Barre - LIVESTREAM

First time doing a Dailey Method class. Kiley was fantastic. Class was very challenging but doable, albeit a bit awkward since I’m a first timer. I would definitely do it again. And as a nice bonus, I stayed for an extra 30 minutes doing stretch and release work with a tennis ball.

Who knew doing explosive, plyo movements while sore from lifting could be so fun? Really enjoyed this class. Hannah put together a unique set of moves that interwove strength, flexibility, and endurance. Clear explanations and modifications to help people of all skill levels. Thanks for a great class as usual!

    Dailey Interval

My first interval so I had to take at my own pace, but it was good moderate cardio so it was enjoyable! As this was only my third barre class ever, I needed to look around a bit bc interval is faster and doesn't have as much demonstration.

I can’t rave enough about this class. Extremely challenging but doable for any level! Mandy made several adjustments throughout the room to keep us on track. I’ll be adding this into my weekly rotation.

    MNT Mat Bootcamp

Becky makes you work!! She’s an amazing instructor and an expert in Pilates/Bootcamp, but makes you feel comfortable and safe during class. She pushes you, but doesn’t judge or scold if you take a break or modify. I was light headed during class today (didn’t have a snack before class and unfortunately, had light meals today - my fault!) and she didn’t push beyond my limits. I went up to her after class to acknowledge I was weak during class; she was so nice and understanding. And her playlist is amazing!

    Bar Method

This was the best barre class I’ve ever taken. Miwa was a great instructor. I really appreciated her hands on corrections and ensuring everyone had proper form. She made a point to call everyone by name, even new students. I will definitely be back.

This class will literally kick your butt! Jeanette is a wonderful teacher and is not going to be easy on you. But that is exactly what you want when you step into a daily interval class. You want something that will challenge you and make you sweat and make your legs shake and tremble.

How to find the gym: Walk into the main lobby, take the elevator which is to the right of reception desk, go to the GL level and the gym is on your left. Had to knock on the door because otherwise you’d need a keycard. Christian was so friendly! Great, personable instructor.
