    This studio, class and teacher are amazing! I knew Charlie from his Barry Bootcamp days and he has definitely growled even stronger as a teacher! The studio is very clean especially when you walk into the actual room. The treadmills are all touchscreen and are easy to adjust speed and incline. They are state of the art treadmills and will soon become hooked! Loved the organized individual platform that each client has. It already has various weight sizes underneath so you don’t have to waste time running to find your weights. Also towels are given out to wipe off your sweat. Charlie’s teaching pumps you up! He motivates you a walks around the room to make sure everyone can see what the exercise is. It’s also helpful that the studio has huge screens so you can see Charlie from there as well in case if he’s in a blind spot. His music selection is lit=the best!

    Love Shea! One of the best at Barry’s. Challenging endurance runs. Feedback for all: Runs are best when they’re simple. Short bursts of changing speed/elevation in short time increments take mental overhead to listen/think instead of pushing to my limit which is what I’m trying to do.

    Abs & Ass (50 Minutes)

    I enjoyed the workout! I think I am in shape enough, but Im really short so fast sprints are tough for me. While I’m not sure a beginner could keep up with an 8mph pace, I liked that no one gave me crap if I knocked that speed down a notch when my knees couldn’t handle it anymore.

    Not sure if it was due to being my first Barry’s of the year, but this class was HARD! The uphill running treadmill circuit killed me, and the dumbbell exercises were super difficult. Instructor recommended 15 lb on the lighter end, but I feel I should’ve gone for 12 lb. at times the instructor was hard to spot when she was demonstrating floor work because she tended to move around and sometimes I couldn’t see her well

    Meet where the pier meets the road. Awesome workout! It’s not often I leave a class besides Barry’s or Rumble knowing I had an epic workout, but this was great! Alex takes you on a run around the neighborhood with sprints, strength and hills at varying speeds to keep it interesting (and intense). I’ll be back!

    This was quite different from a typical spin class in a spin studio--this is a training gym and had a very personalized approach. the instructor wasn't aware of ClassPass but still let me join. The atmosphere and environment is great, but no AC.
