    SAMANTHA IS FIRE! This was my first time taking her class and it was amazing! The 7am Saturday class in the fidi is always less full, but she kept the energy super high. Loved her exercises and playlist. So so so good.

    This class never disappoints. If you could push yourself as hard as you want especially on the treadmill. This class had a sub was great as well. Each class is different. There were three sets of treadmill and three sets of Florida exercises.

    Great class! Excellent instructor! Clear cueing. I like how Al repeats the exercise a few times so I can actually be in the move while he’s describing it instead of having to watch (less time wasted). Loved all the inclines!!!! Wish the classes were 60 minutes!!!

    Full Body - Lower Focus (50 Minutes)

    Great, challenging workout as usual. I’ve been to other locations and a big pro of this location is the easy parking (garage nearby) and plethora of stores nearby if you want to kill two birds w one stone. However, I felt the people at the front desk were not very friendly or welcoming. They didn’t bother explaining where the lockers/changing rooms were, even after I let them know I was new to the location.

    Loved this class! This workout was super tough, but definitely doable. We ran up the hill a little bit and did most of our workout with an amazing view of the city as the sun rose. Such a fantastic way to start your day.

    This group is awesome! Carlos leads a motivating run. Be aware if you haven’t been running for awhile. The pace is 8-9:30/mile or faster and there can be a variety of hills. Friendly crew of 8-10 people and welcomes more!
