    Boxing 45

Great instructor who teaches the basics of how to implement practical boxing technique in a real life setting. Easy enough for beginners but also threw in freestyle for those who have been doing this for a while to venture off on their own. Positive friendly attitude as with every coach here I’ve encountered.

    Strength Training Full Body Circuit

Both instructors teaching at this studio are fantastic! The studio itself has character and as soon as you arrive it just feels like a good decision. This class starts with a warmup up and progresses into weight circuit training with bars, dumbbells and kettlebells. The class goes for 45 minutes and wraps up with planks, crunches and some floor exercises. Mats are provided. Danielle is great at demonstrating the proper form for every exercise and you can tell those exercises are working because she looks amazing. All in all, a good experience.

Eversley was a great instructor. Very funny and definitely gave us a great workout. The workout started off with some light cardio, then some bag and pad work, some sparring, and then bodyweight exercises to finish off. Great pace for beginners. They also provide gloves if you need them, but I recommend bringing your own for sanitary reasons.

Such an amazing workout!!! Cherise is a kind and warm coach. And in just 30 min, after kicking and punching away my stress, I feel AMAZING. My mind is clearer, and it’s like the chemicals in my body have gotten a complete reset. If I keep doing this regularly, I see how I can be in the best shape of my life! Plus, there’s easy & free street parking within a block of the studio. Highly recommend this studio!

    Boxing Fundamentals

Fabian was awesome! He welcomed me in right as I walked in the gym. We did some warmups and throughout those he was watching peoples form to suggest minor adjustments, which was helpful. I really enjoyed the heavy bag part and got the most sweat through that, but I know the progressions are so important for your body. Fabian was attentive helping me with pacing of my punches and mentioned the morning classes are a bit slower paced, but if I come early I can get my warmups in and then he can put me through some combos sooner, which I appreciated. I’ll definitely be back, thanks Fabian for being welcoming and the pointers ✊🏼🥊

Instructor was kind and fun and the overall vibe was nice! It was a beginner class, and a little different than what I was expecting in terms of challenge. Extra repetitive and easy to follow, but a good work out! Would recommend for first-time trying Zumba!

My first experience at the TRX class with Daivya in San Francisco was simply uplifting and the perfect way to kick off a Saturday. Daivya's expertise and enthusiasm were immediately apparent, creating an environment that was both supportive and motivating. Her approach to teaching, marked by clear instructions and personalized encouragement, made everyone feel capable and inspired. It was more than just a workout; it was an energizing start to the weekend that left me feeling stronger and more connected. Daivya truly knows how to uplift everyone, making my first class an unforgettable experience.
