Such a great workout! A few minor things: music could be more integrated with the workout, motivational talk is part of this class and I dont hear it from the instructors here. They go outside t he typical IHP protocol but its a nice switch.

    Fly 60

Kelsey was an absolute delight! Best flywheel class I've taken in awhile, with great energy, well timed pushes, and fun choreography. I often take PJ's Fly 60, and while he is super nice it's such a boring class. Same music all the time, poorly choreographed pushes that don't match the music, dull energy, etc. It's a good workout but not FUN. Give Kelsey more classes!!

We practiced like 3-5 major poses in this class during the span of 90 minutes. Dustin pushed us quite a lot, but if you're ballerina-flexible, then it'll be easy. He's very precise and demonstrates all of the moves before our turn, so that was really nice. I noticed that in my classes at Yoga Garden, they don't really come by to help you adjust? So not sure if I'm doing well or they just don't give corrections?

    Flow: All Levels

Different from the other yoga flow classes I've taken. Little slower pace, but definitely no less challenging. This class is the best class I've taken in terms of allowing for all levels of experience, but it doesn't push you as to go as quickly as I'd like. I will definitely be back though as I see this as a compliment to the other classes available.

Lydia is a new instructor and I thought she was great! Very cute choreo, perfect pace of adding on new moves, good music etc. I’d suggest choreographing to a song with a consistent beat vs to lyrics (the latter is just not possible in the uforia format)

Emily consistently delivers a challenging and well thought-out class. Each position logically flows to the next, and she demonstrates them ahead of time, allowing each pupil to transition quickly. She is encouraging and corrects form so you are getting the best out of the class without any chance for discomfort or injury. Favorite instructor here!!

    FIGHT CLUB

Absolutely the most fun workout I’ve ever done. McKayla was really great at correcting form and had such a fun energy. I liked the mix of boxing work by ourselves and the group core exercises that we did together in the middle. The music during the whole set was awesome. The amenities at Form Boxing are also pretty nice, especially the showers!

    60 Minute Journey Into Power

The studio is amazing, clean, and modern. Ducky was a great instructor and helpful in guiding through various flows. I dont recommend his class for beginners. I think its better for those who are level 2/3 since some poses can be challenging
