This studio, class and teacher are amazing! I knew Charlie from his Barry Bootcamp days and he has definitely growled even stronger as a teacher! The studio is very clean especially when you walk into the actual room. The treadmills are all touchscreen and are easy to adjust speed and incline. They are state of the art treadmills and will soon become hooked! Loved the organized individual platform that each client has. It already has various weight sizes underneath so you don’t have to waste time running to find your weights. Also towels are given out to wipe off your sweat. Charlie’s teaching pumps you up! He motivates you a walks around the room to make sure everyone can see what the exercise is. It’s also helpful that the studio has huge screens so you can see Charlie from there as well in case if he’s in a blind spot. His music selection is lit=the best!

Ive been wanting to try a class like this for a couple of years. It did not disappoint! Queenie was super nice and helped me with all my beginner issues. The hammocks are measured for each person and the class was good for beginners. I cant believe I went upside down on my first class! It hurt my arms and legs muscles some but my neck and back felt amazing. They are often in pain and I felt like this let them fall into alignment. I also loved just swinging on the hammock and being cocooned at the end. It felt like I was on a ship. I highly recommend the class, & have already recommended it to everyone I know. Ill be back! Fun!

IMO, newbie instructors should not be teaching the Foundations courses, so that clients learn proper technique.

Very welcoming class and Val has a very calming voice. I’ve been doing yoga for a while and I thought the class was great for those who know the names of the positions. I can see the class being hard for newbies but you can always check out a neighbor if you’re confused. I would recommend this class for those who want to try a “hot yoga” class that isn’t too hot. It was warm enough to encourage sweating but definitely not the level of heat I’m used to at other studios. Would definitely go here again!

It felt like there was definitely a community there and the front desk staff was awesome and took the time to explain the nuances of the workout to my friends and I before and after class. My one qualm was that the instructor didn’t ask if there were any injuries and continued to correct against form issues that I had because of my injuries. Great workout, and a really nice community vibe in class. Jogging warmup, then TRX moves done in stations with partners.
