    Hot Pilates

This class was a serious workout. Elements from both Pilates and Yoga were utilized. Carrie used a lot of slow and pulsing movements to light our muscles on fire. She would talk us through the exercises and we would repeat for 3 or 4 circuits, depending on the movements. The cardio elements are low impact, and she provided modification instructions when we did exercises such as jump squats, push-ups and burpees. I'm done classes, abs can be forgotten but not here! Overall a GREAT class that is difficult no matter your level of fitness. I will definitely be back.

Loved the instructor!! She was awesome. Great workout and music. The front staff checking people in at the front could have been a bit friendlier and they werent paying attention to the temperature in the stadium - the instructor had to go get their attention and ring the bell for assistance multiple times to turn on the AC and fans. The room was like a steam room for the first 15 min.

    Flow: All Levels

Different from the other yoga flow classes I've taken. Little slower pace, but definitely no less challenging. This class is the best class I've taken in terms of allowing for all levels of experience, but it doesn't push you as to go as quickly as I'd like. I will definitely be back though as I see this as a compliment to the other classes available.

This class was really, really amazing! I've been trying vinyasa classes all over SF (Yoga Flow - Union, Love Story, Yoga Tree, etc), and I think Yoga Garden is the best so far. So this class wasn't heated, but it was fine. Daniel is an amazing instructor; he was very detailed in his instruction and demo just enough. He offered good variations and was very good about mindfulness. He was also really funny. This class will make you smile, be more mindful, feel relax, and just have a great day! Front desk could be nicer/friendlier though. I told them it was my first time and they didn't care too much to point out where things were...

I enjoyed my first visit here! Katrina was a great teacher; she made sure all students were using the springboards correctly while maintaining proper form. She was very conscious of new student throughout the the night, checking in with the receptionist to make sure she knew whether there would be new students, to meet us, introduce us to the springboards, and check in with us throughout class. She was somewhat motivating, though not overtly so or pushy. I would definitely go again and bring a friend!

This class was everything I needed to end a relaxing weekend and get prepared mentally for a stressful Monday ahead. Genevieve lead you in positively, let you stay in the moment, and then peacefully lead you out into the next move. Having the assistant there was also nice, and love the reiki moments at the end. I will definitely make this a Sunday ritual.
