    Ok this class is HARD. To give you an idea of how difficult it is, the WARMUP is a series of 50 burpees. However, don’t let that discourage you. The instructors and fellow classmates are super supportive and encouraging no matter what your pace is. The instructor Cristiano was so helpful and made sure I had alternate workouts for some of the harder parts (pull ups). All in all, it was one of the most gruesomely amazing workouts I’ve had in a long time. FYI, I was the only female in the class. The only minor negative I had was that at 7am there was no parking (permit only until 8am). So give yourself extra time to circle around.
