I would definitely come back to take another class here and I can see how people get addicted to it! My only qualm is that there isn’t really a locker room- just one shower and a mirror with a sink. But it still works!

I appreciate how she never fails to give breathing cues with every movement - the most basic pillar of yoga that most teachers nowadays forget. I arrived 20 minutes earlier and had a thorough walk through from Piper on expectations. She also kept an eye on me as a fist timer to assure I was staying on course and received the help I needed. The instructor was on it, making sure you’re not holding back but also taking time to check on everyone to make sure their form is correct/they are not slacking.
