    Brice is the best - he makes an effort to know everyone’s name and then during class he gives everyone one on one attention. He challenges you but allows you to go at your own pace - great class, great guy.     This was the best Barry's class I've been to. I REALLY liked the format of eight-minute treadmill intervals, each consisting of two-minute runs spaced out by recovery walks. That felt much more reasonable and attainable than the classes that involve 21-minute treadmill intervals, where it's so long that you just know it's impossible and don't try as hard. Also Allie's floor work was easy to understand and she gave the most individual attention I've had at Barry's - including pushing me to hit my fastest sprint pace (three times)!

    I liked the class a lot Heagan’s moves were a nice routine. Challenging. It was a good full body workout. The 5 stars are for the instructor and class she taught. I do agree with other reviews about the quality of the equipment.     I love this studio so much! You learn proper boxing, not the BS at other places where you do 5 min of actual boxing and the rest is circuit training.     Such high vibes! This is a true movement center run by a lovely husband and wife duo. We did handstands, yoga, resistance band work, and rings. there was even 10 minutes to do restorative stretching and breathing at the end, which even most yoga classes leave out. The instructor was great and encouraged us to play and modify according to our needs. Will definitely be back! Thanks!
