Aaron's class is tough. Legit thought I was about to pass out at one point. He has you doing push-ups and burpees between bag combos. I was in the front bag row and I was able to see but I would have been screwed at any other row. The facility is very clean. There is a lot of bike parking out front. I wouldn't recommend biking though if you're going to this guys class. I was struggling on my ride home.

    Pilates Equipment Class

Challenging and good for all levels. Chris really understands the exercises - what they target and how to adapt the same class to make it easier for some and tougher for others. That is why I drive a distance to attend his class. There are other studios and instructors who say their level 1-2 class is just that and not adaptable. That is because they dont know how to make the reformer adapt. Chris can accommodate ALL levels in his one class. I am advanced. Chris adds a touch of humor to his classes as well. Gorgeous studio.

    Full Body (60 Minutes)

This was the best Barry's class I've been to. I REALLY liked the format of eight-minute treadmill intervals, each consisting of two-minute runs spaced out by recovery walks. That felt much more reasonable and attainable than the classes that involve 21-minute treadmill intervals, where it's so long that you just know it's impossible and don't try as hard. Also Allie's floor work was easy to understand and she gave the most individual attention I've had at Barry's - including pushing me to hit my fastest sprint pace (three times)!

    Platinum Pilates

Always really tough and makes me sweat. Love that Chelsea tells us modifications - how to make it harder or easier and demos the exercises. Loved that the music was turned up louder today. I love having loud fun music. Did not like in past when this studio had the music down low. Great work out! Thanks Chelsea.

    Spindigo: Full Body

It has been a few months since I last took a spin class and that was INTENSE. Definitely felt challenged, but Seth was super encouraging. Will probably choose to start with the strength training and weights next time. The studio has more amenities than Ive ever seen.
