Jordan is amazing! One note that’s more for the studio is class members have been “creating a spot” in the front corner by the door which is kinda frustrating as it doesn’t allow us to open the door at any point and get a refresh. Today when Jordan tried to open the door, the member there just shut it and alot of us could have used some wind in our sails! Please let folks know that that is not a spot.

Great class. We had a sub teacher but she was fabulous. Possibly one of the harder yoga sculpts I’ve been to! First time at north park location, I like how it’s long and only has two rows! Parking not as bad as i thought , but I was there for the morning class!

Jenna was awesome! Her instructions really helped me power through some of the “higher sensation” aka not-very-comfortable yin poses. This location is in a mall so there was plenty of parking & I really liked the colored lights in the studio. There were heated classes prior to this one so the room was pretty warm, but I actually liked it! Jenna did turn on the A/C & open the doors to try to cool it off though. Also at this Yoga Box they put stickers on the floor to tell you how far to space your mats so I appreciated that.

    Virtual Yin Yoga

A nourishing practice that encouraged introspection. Not too many poses, and not the same old poses. Easeful transitions. Just the right amount of interjections to keep us present and in the body. Lovely crystal bowl playing at the end. I didn’t want it to end. I take a virtual yin class almost daily and teach yin, and this was one of the best yin classes I’ve taken — virtual or otherwise. I’m on the east coast and this was just what I needed to wind down before bed.

I loved every second of this class. The instructor was clear in her cues, kept the class moving at a good pace, left time for breath in between postures, and had a great theme. Room was nice and hot. Great for that hot yoga sweat I crave sometimes. My only feedback is that savasana was literally 30 seconds or less. The class is only 45 minutes so she probably felt rushed but, it needs to be a minute or two at least to really unwind. I highly recommend this class though!

I really enjoyed Jonathan’s Slow flow class. He is very knowledgeable, professional and kind and has great energy.
