    St. Patty's Day Ride (Outside)

First time outside at Rush and I was very impressed with the space and vibe. Headphones make it easy to hear the instructor and music. And the instructor Shelley was great - upbeat, kept us on our toes, switched it up a lot. Will be back.

    VIRTUAL RESTORE: yin yoga

Great class, very relaxing and restorative. Used lots of props and were given options to either go deeper or go easy during class depending on what you were looking for. Taina was welcoming, said hello to everyone who joined and asked for requests at the beginning. Lots of great meditations and guided breathing throughout class. Would recommend!

    Vinyasa Flow

Beautiful, well-rounded class that went beyond the physical poses. Kelly provided clear cues to guide us through a creative sequence that was challenging, yet accessible. Layered within the physical poses was the real yoga teaching, with a nuggets of prompts and insight to facilitate taking the practice deeper on and off the mat. Loved the collective Aums + chanting at the end. This is what I’ve been looking for in a Vinyasa class.

    Sunrise Vinyasa

It was my first time taking the Heated Vinyasa class. Jano was really helpful by letting me know I could borrow a lock to store my personal items, and he also let me borrow a mat. FYI: you don’t need socks or shoes. Overall, the class was challenging and relaxing (burned about 300 calories, woot woot). I did drip some sweat on the mat, which felt great. *There’s a cleaning spray in the corner of the room, so be sure to wipe off afterward.
