    The instructor was amazing and I needed the class more than I realized. However, something kind of strange happened in the locker room and I’m not sure who reads these but maybe management should look into it. I had just started my monthly cycle and was feeling sick after the class so I wasn’t able to shower right away. By the time I was able to shower and was finishing up I was getting out of the shower and not clothed; naked in a towel. The cleaning lady came into the shower area and asked if I was OK with guys coming into move the floor mats. I looked down and said well no I have no clothes on, that is not OK with me. She immediately got an attitude and said fine I will move them myself and then started throwing the mats around aggressively and loudly. I became so uncomfortable that I ended up leaving before I was even able to dry my hair or even brush it. I had to return to work with wet hair and I had to do my make up in my car.     I was bummed that Jason was out of town. But Dom is really great! Hes even harder than Jason. Not as funny, but way better in hitting each machine for some one-on-one encouragement. Love these Level 3 classes. That extra 15 minutes and faster combos make all the difference.

    Hot Power Flow 60

    This is my third class so far at Set and Flow. I've found it to be a mixed bag depending on when you go and who the instructor is. Pia was fantastic and my favorite so far! She's really personable and relaxed whilst kicking your butt. If I had any complaints at all it would be maybe to have it just a few degrees warmer, but that's all I can think of.

    This was an awesome gym. Really well organized and motivating instructor. The people weren't exactly friendly at the beginning to a newbie but by the end there were high fives going around. The workout was super hard but doable! Circuit of 4 stations, 3 moves each. Friday's is full body day so it was med ball slams, treads, ropes, etc. Will def return when I'm back in OC.

    I thought Matt W. was outstanding. He started class by announcing that there would be three rounds: 8 minutes, 10 minutes and 6 minutes. He explained everything clearly and gave lots of demos.     This was the best Barry's class I've been to. I REALLY liked the format of eight-minute treadmill intervals, each consisting of two-minute runs spaced out by recovery walks. That felt much more reasonable and attainable than the classes that involve 21-minute treadmill intervals, where it's so long that you just know it's impossible and don't try as hard. Also Allie's floor work was easy to understand and she gave the most individual attention I've had at Barry's - including pushing me to hit my fastest sprint pace (three times)!

    This is the first spin class I’ve enjoyed. Linnae is amazing. I’m ready to book another class with her! Great energy and playlist. I called the studio to notify them that I would arrive right at the start time of the class so that I could reserve shoe rentals in advance. No one answered. When I arrived no one was at the front desk. Thankfully a kind soul helped me out! An employee who wasn’t even working and came into the studio to workout assisted me. She took time to help me with my shoes and set up the bike. Very nice of her to go above and beyond off the clock.

    Great concept! The plates definitely make the workout more challenging and interesting. Reminds me a bit of Barre class. I am surprised that there arent more reviews though saying how strange the machine is if you havent been on one before. Its hard to get used to.     This place is awesome and the instructor is amazing! What a workout! Great energy sand challenging.... loved every minute from the start to end. I especially love how the clean the weights and blocks after class. So glad I tried this... I'll be back for sure!

    Teacher was engaged and accommodating for injuries, all exercises were thoroughly explained. Clean small gym. My only small complaint would be I prefer working at stations with a partner, it just keeps me a bit more motivated to push harder. This class had one person at each station because the class was small. My favorite thing about the gym is the outdoor shower haha!

    I am brand new to boxing and Corey was a great teacher! She helped get us newbies a little ramped up and got the more advanced students going. She was patient and kept checking our form. It was a lot of fun and a great work out (with abs at the end). Thanks Corey!

    Ignite | Chest-Triceps-Shoulders -Cardio

    This class was great. Similar to Crossfit...we split into teams of four and rotated stations (skull crushers, bungee bear crawl push ups, free weights, tricep dips, etc). Really encouraging instructor and not intimidating at all. I enjoyed it!
